Hello friends, your old pal Deaddie here. I am a bit exhausted after rewriting and redrawing the more pages of Sessions than I’d been prepared to do. I’ve always been a jump in the deep end of the pool rather than edging my way down the stairs on the shallow end.

I’m looking into getting a couple issues of Sessions printed, zine style. I had no idea that was ever going to be a possiblity but some people IRL saw the art and are encouraging and helping me to expand its reach. I’ll keep you updated on that progress

Here are a couple charcoal sketches that tell Wrath’s backstory. I used to read interviews with writers and could not understand when they’d talk about a character or plot seeming to have a mind of their own. Wasn’t the writer in total control? Aren’t they the architect of their own world? Nope. Now that I’m deep into these people it’s becoming clear, the characters have motivations and histories and feelings and I just help them along the way.

The next issue of Sessions will return to Maxine Moore, and she’s become very interested in art history after her last chat with Mr. Liszt. I love the drawing of her lying down, that will definitely appear in the next issue. The business suit sketch is just for fun. Until next time, be good to yourself.
